  • Particularly beneficial for individuals suffering from localized discomfort (neck stiffness, back pain or muscle soreness)

Myofascial Release

  • Targets the fascia, a connective tissue that wraps around and supports every structure in the body including muscles, bones and organs

  • Beneficial for chronic pain and stiffness

Prenatal Massage

  • Safe and beneficial way to support your body as it undergoes significant changes

  • Generally recommended to begin after the first trimester

(Consult with your physician especially if you are having any complications)

Cupping

  • Uses reverse compression to lift the tissue (unlike traditional massage where pressure is applied downward)

  • Creates a vacuum by placing suction cups on the skin

  • Breaks up fascia adhesions through this unique upward action
